Raisbeck Engineering to Acquire Butterfield Industries

October 9, 2017 – Seattle, Wash. – Raisbeck Engineering Inc. (“REI”), a leading provider of performance enhancement systems for business and commercial aircraft, announced its decision to sign a definitive acquisition agreement with Butterfield Industries (“BI”) for all of its products and STCs. The deal is anticipated to close on or before October 31, 2017.

(CIS), headquartered in Dulles, VA. The acquisition marks Acorn’s second in the defense electronics segment, and the third overall investment in its fourth investment fund.
